Meeting Called to Order:  7:05 P.M.

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes of Last Meeting:  The minutes of the last meeting were reviewed.  Motion to accept the minutes by Bob Misiaszek, Second by Gary Roberts.

Correspondence:  None

Comments:  None

Old Business:  The board is still awaiting on the tattoo shop and there site plan.  This is the second meeting in a row they have missed.

New Business:  None

Motion to Adjourn:  A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by John Parker, second by John Cies;ewitz.
