Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting
December 15, 2009
Members Present: Kevin Phillips, Mary Brusoe, Debra Manley and Eric Newman
Others Present: Jade Foley, Randy Foley, Kurt Perry, Richard Shaffer, Chet Kowalski, Zoning Officer.
Meeting called to order with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 pm by Eric.
New Business: Public hearing #2009-2 regarding the former Muller Dairy property on Orchard Street to be used for Foley Construction. No one was present to dispute the use variance. The Foley's presented drawings/plans of what improvements they intend to make to the property. Their business will be open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no activity on the property after those hours. Motion to approve the variance, pending approval from Oneida County via form 239, was made by Eric, seconded by Kevin. All members voted in favor with that stipulation. The Foley's will receive notification once the 239 is approved by the County.
Old Business: Discussion on attempting to find a replacement for Eric's seat, which is now vacant as he filled Sam's position as Chairman.
Meeting minutes for November 17th were reviewed and Eric made a motion to accept, Kevin seconded; vote taken and all board members approved the acceptance of meeting minutes.
Motion to adjourn was made by Kevin and seconded by Mary at 8:10 pm, all members voted in favor to adjourn.
